Discipleship is more than knowing the faith. It's living it and passing it on. In this group we'll work through foundational discipleship material that covers the fundamentals of the Christian faith, growing in them ourselves while learning how to use the material with others. Originally designed for one-on-one discipleship, our goal is not only to learn and grow, but to be equipped and trained to walk someone else through this material.

The focus of this group is to open our bibles and share with one another what we have learned while studying the passage and answering the provided questions with a greater emphasis on how we may directly apply that learning toward a stronger walk with Jesus in our daily lives. Regardless of whether you have just received your salvation or whether you are a seasoned believer, you are welcome in this group. I am so excited to connect with you as we learn, encourage, and seek the Lord together!

Find Connection and Growth

At Hillside Church, we value authentic relationships and spiritual growth . Our Community Groups are small gatherings that meet during the week to build friendships, grow in faith, and support one another. Whether you’re new to Hillside or have been part of our family for years, Community Groups are a great way to connect and experience meaningful relationships.
What Are Community Groups?
Community Groups are at the heart of what we do. They’re designed to help you:
  • Connect with others on a deeper level than is often possible on Sunday mornings.
  • Grow in faith through Bible study, prayer, and discussion.
  • Share life's joys and burdens in a safe and supportive environment.
  • Develop lasting friendships with fellow believers who will encourage and challenge you.

Groups meet weekly in homes, at the church, or other comfortable settings. No matter the location, each group is a space where people come together to connect with God and each other.
Why Join a Community Group?
Community Groups are more than just a meeting—they’re where church becomes family. These groups provide a space to share life, ask questions, and grow spiritually alongside others who care. It’s an opportunity to move beyond Sunday mornings and experience authentic community throughout the week.
What Can I Expect?
